In Charge Electric is expanding our BASE operations in the Houston area and hiring multiple licensed Service Electricians.These openings are for electricians who will be assigned to a dedicated lane based on experience and team needs:Lead Electricians (service, repair, upgrades, reliability solutions)Apprentice Electrician (assist Electricians with service, upgrades, troubleshooting, repairs)If you're a strong residential service electrician who takes pride in doing it right and enjoys helping customers understand their options, we want to talk with you. Full details of the compensation plan will be shared during the interview process.What You'll DoLead Electricians:Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues and complete service upgradesInstall/replace electrical components and recommend reliability/safety improvementsCommunicate clearly with homeowners and present solution optionsApprentice Electrician:Assist electricians with residential electrical installations, repairs, and service upgradesPrepare tools, materials, and job sites to ensure efficient workflowSupport troubleshooting efforts and learn proper installation techniquesMaintain a clean and safe work environmentProvide professional and respectful interaction with homeowners when on-siteWhat We're Looking ForLicensed Electricians with 2-5+ years of residential service experienceStrong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of residential electrical systemsCustomer-focused communication; comfortable explaining solutions and upgrade optionsDetail-oriented craftsperson who values quality and consistencyResults-driven, proactive problem solver with a "whatever it takes" mindsetValid Driver's License and clean driving historyValid TX Residential Electrical licenseWilling to undergo pre-employment background checks, including criminal, driving, and drug screeningsHigh school diploma or equivalentReady to build a long-term career in a fast-growing division?
