Q Center is looking for a Full Time Network Administrator to join our team!Job SummaryThe Network Administrator oversees and manages the Location Area Network, Server/PC/Switch configurations. This role also provides technical support, installation, maintenance, and software training support. Advanced understanding of the Microsoft Technology Stack: Exchange/email, M365, Active Directory/Entra, VMWare (vSphere), Intune, Teams, SharePoint, Defender and Group Policy management Experience with Cisco Routers, SonicWall Firewalls, and Cisco Switching components/infrastructure. Experience with configuring and troubleshooting wireless infrastructures, including access points and controllers.Physical Requirements Flexible and long hours sometimes required. Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.Fundamental Requirements Associates must, at all times, be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests and fellow associates. Maintain a professional working relationship and promote open lines of communication with managers, associates, and other departments. Maximize financial performance while upholding quality standards and maximizing levels of associate and guest satisfaction. Maintain Q Center Standard Operating Procedures regarding Purchase Orders in Birchstreet. Define and implement department objectives and standard operating procedures. Keep immediate supervisor fully informed of all problems or matters requiring their attention. Respond to all associate and guest requests, problems, complaints and/or accidents presented through various channels, in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner; follow up to ensure guest and associate satisfaction. Ensure overall guest satisfaction. Assist with monitoring, troubleshooting and supporting equipment within the corporate technical landscape (Microsoft, Cisco, VMWare (vSphere), HP Aruba, Symantec, Veritas, Avaya), network circuits, routers, switches, servers and UPS’s to ensure connectivity and availability. Conduct on-going review / configuration of the company's WAN and LAN networks that includes Cisco Routers, SonicWall Firewalls, and Switching components/infrastructure to implement, finetune and manage networking technologies / best practices for the organization. Develop and execute a comprehensive network strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives. Provide operational and troubleshooting support for phone and audio systems, servers, and their security environment. Install, configure, monitor, and support the organization's local and wide area network including corporate access points and/or internet systems ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including GPS systems, CCTV, POS, and Phone Perform oversight and management of the corporate backup processes with IT stakeholders.to ensure proper storage of mission critical data. Manage Cyber-Security issues / threats as well as design and implement security awareness training procedures with stakeholders.The Q Center:Q Center is more than a conference center - it’s an experience!
