With a strong national footprint and continued expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Construction Project Manager to help bring our new clinics to life across the country.Position OverviewWe are looking for a highly driven, detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead the development and buildout of new OSSP locations nationwide. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and has a strong background in healthcare or commercial construction particularly with imaging environments.You will play a critical role in expanding our footprint identifying and securing new sites, managing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing construction projects from concept to completion, including specialized imaging buildouts such as MRI suites.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Selection & DevelopmentIdentify, evaluate, and scout potential locations for new clinic sites across the continental United StatesPartner with leadership and real estate brokers to assess market opportunities and site viabilityContract Negotiation & ManagementLead negotiations for leases, buildouts, and vendor agreementsCollaborate with legal and executive teams to finalize contracts for new locationsPermitting & ComplianceEnsure all necessary permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals are obtained in a timely mannerMaintain compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and healthcare regulationsMRI & Imaging Buildout OversightManage construction requirements specific to MRI installations, including shielding, safety zones, and equipment specificationsEnsure compliance with all MRI safety standards, regulatory requirements, and site planning considerationsCoordinate with MRI vendors, engineers, and physicists for proper installation, calibration, and inspectionOversee buildout of imaging suites to meet operational and clinical standardsProject ManagementOversee all phases of construction, from planning and design through completion and handoffManage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scopeCoordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, and internal stakeholdersVendor & Stakeholder CoordinationBuild and maintain strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and local officialsServe as the primary point of contact for all construction-related activitiesTravel & On-Site OversightTravel extensively (50-75%) across the continental U.S. to oversee projects and ensure quality executionConduct site visits to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure alignment with OSSP standards QualificationsDegree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in construction project management (healthcare or multi-site retail preferred)Hands-on experience with MRI suite design, regulatory requirements, and equipment installation is strongly preferredStrong understanding of imaging facility requirements, including shielding, safety zoning, and compliance standardsProven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously across different geographic locationsExperience with permitting processes, zoning, and regulatory complianceExperience with lease negotiations and contract managementExceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentWillingness and ability to travel frequently (up to 75%)Ortho Sport & Spine Physicians is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
