You'll serve as the central point of coordination between clients, design teams, superintendents, and subcontractors.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeoutDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controlsCoordinate with Superintendents to ensure field operations align with project plansReview and manage submittals, RFIs, and change ordersLead client communication and maintain strong working relationshipsOversee subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performanceEnsure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirementsIdentify potential risks and proactively resolve issues before they impact schedule or costFacilitate project meetings, including preconstruction and progress meetingsTrack project documentation and reporting to ensure accuracy and transparencyWhat We're Looking For5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects Strong understanding of construction means and methods Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook) Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contractsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Procore and/or CMiC Background in Corporate, Healthcare, or Higher Education construction environments Experience managing occupied or mission-critical facilitiesAdditional InformationAbility to travel to project sites, meetings, and client locations as neededFlexibility to work extended hours during critical project phasesMust be able to navigate active construction sites and comply with safety requirementsTake the Lead on Projects That MatterThis is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity offering flexibility, strong benefits, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on complex commercial projects.
