Poultry Machine OperationsLocation: Wadesboro, NCPay: $20.00/hourSchedule: All ShiftsPosition OverviewWe are hiring Production Workers to support operations in a fast-paced industrial facility. This role involves processing raw poultry byproducts, operating equipment, and ensuring production runs safely and efficiently.This is a hands-on position in a heavy industrial environment with exposure to heat, noise, and strong odors.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor production equipment and machineryLoad and unload raw materials into processing systemsPerform general labor tasks including shoveling, lifting, and cleaningFollow all safety procedures and company policiesAssist with routine maintenance and equipment checksMaintain a clean and organized work areaWork as part of a team to meet daily production goalsScheduleDay, Night, and Overnight shifts availableMust be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as neededPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs regularlyStand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods (12-hour shifts)Comfortable working in hot, humid, and odorous conditionsAbility to work around heavy machinery and industrial equipmentQualificationsPrevious manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferredExperience in industrial or outdoor environments is a plusStrong work ethic and reliability are a mustAbility to follow instructions and safety guidelinesForklift experience is a plus (not required)Work EnvironmentIndustrial facility with exposure to:Heat and humidityLoud machineryStrong odors related to poultry processing operationsProper PPE is provided and required at all timesWhy Join Us?$20/hour with consistent full-time hoursOvertime opportunities availableOpportunity to gain experience in a stable, essential industryTeam-oriented environmentPay Details: $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
