Job Title: Senior Specialist – Software Engineering (Java Microservices & Angular)📍 Location: Seattle, WA (USA)💼 Job Type: Permanent👨 💻 Experience: 7–11 YearsJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior Specialist – Software Engineering with 7–11 years of experience in Java Microservices and Angular development. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. This role requires strong backend expertise in Java Microservices, frontend development using Angular, and experience with CI/CD, REST APIs, and Agile methodologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java Microservices.Develop and consume RESTful APIs for distributed systems.Build responsive and user-friendly web applications using Angular.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and development issues.Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product Managers, and other engineering teams.Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.Ensure application security, maintainability, and scalability.Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and on-call support.Required Skills7–11 years of software development experience.Strong expertise in Java and Microservices Architecture.Hands-on experience with Angular.Experience developing RESTful APIs.Knowledge of Spring Boot and backend application development.Experience with CI/CD pipelines.Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable application design.Experience with Git and version control systems.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with Docker and Kubernetes.Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Experience with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.Understanding of application monitoring and logging tools.Mandatory SkillsJavaJava MicroservicesAngularREST APIsSpring BootCI/CD
