In this role, you will be responsible for interfacing with customers, sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.Location: Tampa, FLWhat You'll DoServe as point of contact for customers, provide quotations, process orders and confirmationsLend support and provide assistance to the sales teamResolve questions/issues pertaining to product changes or returnsAssist customers with the application processAssist with contract administration processWork with team members receiving instructions, guidance and directionsServe as a liaison to service and logistics department and prepare work ordersMaintain contact with customers to confirm deliveries and pickups, location, and/or changes to the schedule, and to ensure superior customer serviceExtensive use of Salesforce CRM for updating database and assigning follow up tasksAssisting in the filing of work orders, sales orders, and invoicesConduct lead generation, industry research and marketing-related effortsReviewing invoices for accuracy in billingAssist with inventory managementAssist with new customer credit apps, tax exemptions, and vendor formsPerform routine assignments as needed.What You'll NeedBachelors or equivalent knowledge and experience, with a focus on inside salesExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills for managing relationships with customers, coworkers, and managementAbility to work with a wide-ranging and diverse customer base in many construction segmentsExperience with Customer Relationship Management technologyStrong working knowledge of and proficiency with Microsoft OfficeAbility to work as a team member and in a teaming environmentAbility to understand, identify and resolve customer issues requiredProficiency with Time Management, Organization, and Multi-taskingHigh-energy, enthusiastic, and positive personality with a passion for customer service excellenceForklift experience is a plus.
