Role: Full Stack Engineer (Migration Engineers)Location: Redmond, WAType: Full-TimeLocation: Redmond, WAJob Summary: Implement performant, resilient content migration and synchronization services—from discovery and manifests to checksum validation, reconciliation, and low-downtime cutover.Key Responsibilities Primary Technical: • Build serverless data movers and orchestrations (Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, SQS). • Develop bulk-transfer jobs, parallel multi-part uploads, checksum/etag verification, and retries/DLQs. • Create reconciliation dashboards (integrity, deltas, failures), and per-wave readiness tooling. • Automate delta sync, cutover rehearsals, and rollback scripts; produce runbooks. • Integrate with metadata/tagging, search indexing, and access controls.Knowledge Expertise: • Structured logging, idempotency, back-pressure, and exponential backoff patterns. • Familiar with SharePoint exports, file system semantics, and large-scale object stores.Soft Skills: • Pragmatic, metrics-driven; comfortable demoing and mentoring.Key Qualifications • 5+ years building data pipelines/services on AWS; strong Python/Node.js and IaC. Nice to Have: Experience with commercial migration tools; AWS Developer/SAA certs.
