Senior Frontend (ReactNative, React) Engineer

Project DescriptionWe are hiring on behalf of our client, a global leader in the meal kit delivery industry that helps millions of customers cook healthy, homemade meals without the stress of meal planning or grocery shopping.As part of Zoolatech’s distributed engineering team, you will join a team responsible for building and scaling the Refer-a-Friend program - a key growth initiative that enables users to invite friends and receive mutual rewards. The role is primarily frontend-focused, working on creating intuitive, high-quality user interfaces and integrating referral experiences seamlessly across the product.By joining Zoolatech, you become part of a strong engineering community while working closely with a mature global product organization that values ownership, collaboration, and proactive team involvement.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain user interfaces for the Refer-a-Friend program across web and mobile platforms (React Native, React)Implement new entry points and improve the overall user journey to increase user engagement and conversionCollaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver intuitive and high-quality user experiencesIntegrate frontend solutions with existing backend services (no backend development required)Contribute to simplifying and optimizing existing functionality (refactoring, UX improvements)Ensure high code quality, readability, and maintainabilityActively participate in team processes (daily stand-ups, planning, technical discussions)Skills RequiredStrong experience with React Native, ReactSolid knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), component-based architecture, and state managementExperience building responsive, user-focused UI and integrating with APIsExperience across web and mobile platformsNice to have:Basic knowledge of iOS or AndroidEngagement Model: Direct Independent Contractor (Please read carefully)This is an independent contractor opportunity based on a direct contractual relationship between Zoolatech and the individual service provider.To facilitate this direct partnership, we engage with professionals who are registered and operate as a sole proprietorship, private entrepreneur, or an equivalent self-employment status in your country.Please note, our model does not accommodate contracts through third-party intermediaries such as agencies, incubators, or umbrella companies.
