Our direct client is seeking a Technical Program Manager II who will be responsible for managing one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide IT program(s) consisting of multiple projects
This role ensures organizational readiness compliance of findings discovered during Global Audit and ongoing process adherence. Support large-scale enterprise security audit effort.

ts.
Key Accountabilit
ies:Develops the program strategy, supporting business case and various enterprisewide high-level project plans.Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the busin
ess.Communicates with IT leadership, business leadership and IT Business Consultants to communicate program strategy, direction and changes.Responsible for delivering all projects contained in the IT project portfolio on time, within budget and meeting the strategic and business requireme
nts.Responsible for tracking key project milestones and recommending adjustments to Project Manag
ers.Partners with senior leadership of the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterpr
ise.

ools.Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field; or equivalent work experi
ence.Project Management certification is requ
ired.Minimum of 6 years of experience in Information Secu
rity.Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably in technical, security, or compliance dom
ains.Deep familiarity with security audits, vulnerability management, compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO, etc.), and remediation workf
lows.Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-wide projects involving cross-functional stakehol
ders.Strong executive communication skills, including experience preparing presentations and briefing senior lea
ders.Experience coordinating or developing technical architecture documentation and system diag
rams.Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equival
