Construction Project Manager (Commercial)South Bay Construction | Full-TimeSouth Bay Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager with a strong background in tenant improvements, ground-up new construction, and team leadership. This role manages projects from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards.ResponsibilitiesManage commercial TI and ground-up construction projects from start to finishDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controlsLead project teams including superintendents, subcontractors, and vendorsServe as primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultantsManage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and pay applicationsEnsure compliance with plans, codes, and safety requirementsConduct project meetings and provide clear reportingQualifications5+ years of commercial construction project management experienceProven experience with tenant improvements and new constructionStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency with Autodesk, Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar toolsBachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)What We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision benefitsPaid time off and holidaysSalary Range: $150,000.00-$200,000.00 per year (DOE)
