Registered Nurse (RN) | Pediatric OR Location: Madison, WI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,408 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 6/22/2026 About the PositionTravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Peds OR RN in Madison, Wisconsin, 53792!Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Pediatric OR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours (11:00 - 23:30) Experience: Minimum of two years of acute care experience within the last three years in the specialty License: RN license required Certifications: BLS required, PALS preferred Must-Have: Kidney transplant experience Pediatric OR, ambulatory OR, and pediatric trauma experience Description: Can start on specified dates. Day and evening shifts available. 12-hour shifts from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday. On-call responsibilities for weeknights, weekends, and holidays. On-call is required once every 6-8 weekends and once a week during the week from Monday to Thursday as operationally needed. Experience in pediatric OR, ambulatory OR, and pediatric trauma is required. Certification in BLS is a must, American Heart Association only. Previous charge experience is preferred. Candidate must possess high competency in administering various surgical and trauma procedures in pediatric settings. Skill in infection control, wound management, and specimen handling is essential. Ability to respond to trauma situations efficiently is vital. Must have experience with regulatory charting for transplants. Familiarity with functioning in a Level One Pediatric Trauma Center is beneficial. Candidates should be well-versed in the use of required equipment and special procedures involved in pediatric surgeries. Strong communication and teamwork skills are crucial.
