MRD Manager

MEDICAL RECORDS MANAGER CGFS is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Medical Records Manager. This position will be responsible for supervising all Medical Records (MRD) staff, ensuring all sites have adequate coverate during agency open hours, and providing general oversight of all MRD functions. The MRD Manager is also responsible for completing higher level MRD tasks for staff. Responsibilities Provide supervision and training of all MRD staff Schedule MRD shifts to ensure ongoing coverage at each agency location Complete requests for copies and manage subpoenas Manage the Epic work queue Build Epic templates for clinicians Monitor refilled appointments data Coordinate with Revenue Cycle Manager to ensure smooth billing processes Qualifications At least 2 years of MRD-related experience required, supervisory experience a plus Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Demonstration of assertiveness and ability to provide clear directions Ability to think critically and utilize problem-solving skills Flexibility to work at multiple locations and ability to travel between offices frequently Benefits 401(k) with Employer Match Health Insurance Dental and Vision Insurance Short and Long Term Disability Life Insurance Paid Time off - Vacation, Sick and Personal Days Paid Holidays Clinical Supervision Employee Assistance Program Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program
