TL Talent Advisors is currently recruiting for a Remote Manager of SEC Reporting. About the Role Below are details on the position. Responsibilities Preparation and filing SEC reports including the 10k, 10Q, and 8-k. Research and interpret SEC guidance. Prepare the income statements and earnings per share. Oversee XBRL Compliance. Assist in the annual audit and liaise with External Auditors.
