Overview As Hadrian scales autonomous factories, you will lead engineering for one or more business domains within Flow's Factory Core. You will own product outcomes, guide architecture, and ensure production excellence while growing a high-performing team. You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Operations to translate business priorities into shipped work and continuously improve the developer lifecycle. This role offers impact across manufacturing scale and a mission to advance American manufacturing through software, robotics, and scalable systems.
