From idea conception through development, production, and shipment; every team member plays a crucial role ensuring the quality, reliability, and efficiency of these American-made products.Schedule:Enjoy a 4-day work week, 10-hours a day (Monday-Thursday 6:00am and 4:30pm).Additional hours may be required during busier timesWhat You Will be Doing:Perform all tasks involved in the production of assembling parts, inspection, and operating hand and power tools. Follow standard work instructions and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Employees may work in other departments in production as needs require.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Performs assembly-type functions, using hand or power toolsMust have basic computer skillsClock in and out of work ordersAbility to read work orders and work instructionsComplete proper paperwork dailyPlace finished goods in the designated locationsNotify supervisor of any mechanical or material issuesMaintain a clean and safe work areaPerforms other related duties and assignments as requiredAll production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of productionOther duties as assigned including training others on known processesPackaging Responsibilities/Duties:Consistently inspect each product and package to ensure that all products meet the company quality standardsPlace finished goods on the designated palletPackage different types of manifolds and/or 3-packs into boxes, plastic packaging, or clam shellsOperate electric winder to wind hoses before packagingPrint bar codes and labelsLabel packages and boxes for shippingComplete required paperwork and documentationAbility to use and be exposed to Locktite, alcohol, oil, WD40 and O-ring greaseRequire using some machinery: Heat sealing machine, drill press and electric winderWhat You Will Bring:Required:Perform different functions using both hand and power toolsAbility to understand quality standards, methods and reporting as neededComputer skills to perform clocking in and out as well as clocking in work ordersAbility to effectively communicate orally or in written form with co-workers cross-functionallyProficiency in reading and writing in EnglishHighly organized, self-motivated and can work independentlyMust be highly self-motivated, work with minimal supervision and be able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentWill have a thorough knowledge of all manufacturing methods, techniques, and related equipment.Planning: ability to think ahead and plan over a 30-day time span, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills as well as excellent communication skills (both written and oral) with ability to manage multiple priorities.Preferred:Proper use of Personal Protective EquipmentSyteline ERP system knowledgeProficiency in reading and writing in EnglishWhere and How You Will WorkOn-site Engagement and Collaboration:This role works on-site in Bloomington, MN, where your direct contributions will make a real impact.
