Corporate and Real Estate Paralegal

LHH is looking for a Corporate & Real Estate Paralegal for a law firm in Cinncinati. The firm is seeking an experienced Corporate & Real Estate Paralegal to support our Business and Real Estate practice groups. This is an on-site role ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and can manage multiple priorities with precision and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesCorporateAssist with business entity formation and maintenance (corporations, LLCs, partnerships)Prepare and file organizational documents and annual reportsMaintain corporate records, minute books, and compliance filingsDraft resolutions, written consents, and governance documentsSupport mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactionsConduct UCC searches and filingsReal EstateAssist with commercial and residential real estate transactions from contract through closingReview title commitments, surveys, and exception documentsPrepare closing documents, settlement statements, and closing bindersCoordinate with lenders, title companies, surveyors, and clientsDraft deeds, easements, leases, and related transaction documentsConduct due diligence and zoning researchQualificationsParalegal certificate or equivalent practical experience preferredStrong working knowledge of entity formation and real estate closing proceduresExcellent organizational, proofreading, and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skills with a client-service mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management softwarePreferred SkillsFamiliarity with state filing systems and e-recording platformsExperience preparing closing statements and settlement documentsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExceptional attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to work independently and collaborativelyExperience supporting multiple practice areas is a plusCompensation & BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience, along with comprehensive benefits and meaningful opportunities for professional growth within a supportive, team-oriented environment.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacyThe Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:• The California Fair Chance Act• Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance• Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers• San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
