Location: San Antonio, TX as on-site or hybrid on-site with work from homeFull-time, Exempt.Summary Of PositionThis position is responsible for managing the successful execution of engineering projects and capturing new business.Duties/ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, direct, and run engineering projectsResponsible for cost, schedule, and performance of engineering projectsDevelop IMS, WBS, Project Mgmt, risk Mgmt, and other project documentsPrepare quotes and proposals that are complete, compliant, and compellingInterface with USGOV, Prime Contractor, and vendor personnelPrepare and provide project status and financial performance reportsIntegrate AS9100D standards across engineering operationsAllocate resources effectively and manage project budgets to meet profitability goalsDevelop and drive continuous improvement initiativesParticipate in various activities related to safety, quality, productivity, innovation, information technology, security, supply chain management, business development, and human resources.Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focusBuild and maintain a trusting relationship with employeesCommunicate with employees about performance expectationsRecruit, hire, and onboard new staffPrepare quotes and proposals that are complete, compliant, and compellingIdentify and qualify new business opportunitiesLead, support, and/or prepare responses to RFPs, Sources Sought, and RFIsRequired QualificationsCitizenship verification is required for Export Control compliance.
