A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly, and comfortably interact with clients and other employees.Requirements:2+ years gutter installation experience (preferably as Lead Installer)2+ years experience in skilled carpentry and/or exterior constructionPositive attitude & Excellent communication skillsAbility to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons; OK with heights; willingness to work some overtime occasionallyInterest in growing with the company - future leadership opportunitiesOSHA 10/30 - preferredPrevious experience specifically related to gutter services/installation, and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus!Compensation: Hourly Position ($20 - $35) -- Salary commensurate with experience; pay range includes weekly opportunities to earn performance bonuses and overtime.Experienced Gutter Installer Minimum Requirements:Construction/Gutters: 2+ yearsMust be 18 or olderMust have a valid drivers licenseThe Brothers That Just Do Gutters is a rapidly growing, locally owned, and operated franchise with multiple locations across the country.
