Position: D365 Functional ConsultantLocation: Bellevue, WA (Onsite) - Look for local candidatesDuration: ContractNeed local candidates, please look for senior resources.Job DescriptionProvide input and advice regarding Microsoft Dynamics 365CRM capabilities functions and features to clients and prospectsConduct handson implementation configuration and development of the various components of Microsoft Dynamics 365CRMBuild positive client relationships by developing an understanding of the clients business processesDevelop analytical and insightful recommendations to meet deliverable targets and complete project tasks within budget and to customer satisfactionPerform requirements gathering Business Process AnalysisUnderstand customer requirements and advise project team on highly specialized complex solutions architecture and implementationParticipate as the technical expert in proposal development and presentations to prospective clientsAdapt to different enduser learning styles when training gathering requirements etcCreate documentation for clients including PowerPoint presentations and Visio workflows regarding functional and technical requirements design training process engineering etcAssist internal resources with support or presales of Microsoft CRM and related integrationsSkills10+ years Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation experienceExperience as Microsoft D365 functional consultantExperience as a consultant in consulting practice facilitating discovery workshopsUnderstanding of business processes issues and technology especially related to the operation of a sales marketing and customer service department within an organizationExperience creating strong business cases supported by compelling value propositionsExperience gathering business requirements to be model as is model etc and experience configuring Microsoft CRM modulesExperience assisting with definition and functional design of conversions and interfaces and functional experience in leading technical team through Microsoft CRM API usage integration developmentExperience of Microsoft SharePoint Business Intelligence tools etcExperience of using Connector for Microsoft Dynamics to Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with Microsoft Dynamics GP preferredExcellent communication skills
