Job Title: IBM Infosphere Data Replication Location: Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC Duration: 6-12 Months Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled IBM Infosphere Data Replication Specialist with strong experience in Change Data Capture (CDC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of IBM Infosphere tools and a proven ability to manage and execute data replication processes. Key Responsibilities: Implement and manage IBM Infosphere Data Replication solutions, ensuring real-time data synchronization across multiple systems. Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Change Data Capture (CDC) processes to support efficient data replication. Monitor data replication systems for performance, integrity, and accuracy, addressing any potential issues promptly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and consistency across various platforms. Design and execute data replication strategies to meet business requirements and ensure minimal downtime. Provide technical support and training to internal teams on IBM Infosphere Data Replication tools and best practices. Qualifications: Proven experience in IBM Infosphere Data Replication with a strong emphasis on Change Data Capture (CDC). Strong understanding of data integration, replication techniques, and real-time data synchronization. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data replication issues efficiently. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with additional data replication tools and technologies. Knowledge of database systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, DB2). Previous experience in similar roles in large-scale environments. Job Type: Contract Pay: $53.49 - $64.42 per hour Work Location: In person
