This drive for continuous improvement allows us to enhance both our products and our team's capabilities.We're looking for a BI Developer to join our team!Key ResponsibilitiesWe collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reporting solutions that are accurate, reusable, and aligned with business goals.Design and build Power BI reports and semantic models grounded in governed metrics and approved dimensionsHarvest and consolidate logic from DAX, SQL, stored procedures, and existing reportsTranslate business questions into reusable reporting logic and validated outputsWork directly with end users to design business-facing reporting templates and drive validationBridge business language and warehouse structures to ensure reports are both accurate and actionableRequired Skills & ExperienceWe are seeking a BI Developer with strong Power BI and semantic modeling experience and a track record delivering governed reporting solutions.Strong Power BI and semantic model development experienceAbility to translate business questions into governed metrics, approved dimensions, and reusable reporting logicComfortable harvesting and consolidating logic from DAX, SQL, stored procedures, and existing reportsExperience designing business-facing reporting outputs, templates, and validation processes with end usersProven ability to bridge business language and underlying warehouse structuresNice-to-Have SkillsStrong workshop facilitation skills for metric governanceExperience with self-service BI rollout and adoption programsWhat We OfferWorking remotelyFlexible hoursWe're looking forward to working together! 🚀
