Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong Business Analyst capabilities to bridge the gap between data engineering, analytics, and business requirements. This hybrid role involves designing and maintaining data solutions while engaging with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights and technical specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & ReportingCollect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and business performance.Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems.Business AnalysisCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define business processes, and document functional specifications.Translate business needs into technical requirements for data pipelines, reporting, and analytics solutions.Lead workshops, UAT cycles, and stakeholder reviews to validate deliverables.Data Engineering SupportDesign and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or dbt.Support data integration across multiple sources, ensuring scalability and governance.Partner with IT and engineering teams to optimize data architecture and workflows.Governance & DocumentationMaintain clear documentation of data models, lineage, and transformation logic.Support compliance initiatives and data protection standards.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in Data Analysis / BI Development with exposure to Business Analysis practices.Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).Experience with ETL/ELT tools (SSIS, Azure Data Factory, dbt).Proven ability to gather requirements, document processes, and manage stakeholder communication.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred for cross-functional collaboration.
