We put our customers first exemplified by our mission: We Protect Those Who Protect Us.Duties Include:+ Coordinate and manage the assigned project(s) to comply with cost, schedule and technical requirements and established company practices in order to meet project commitments+ Lead/coordinate input for proposals and participate in subsequent contract negotiations.+ Interface with finance managers, contracts managers, PEM's, CE's, OPM's, cost account managers, design and operations teams to manage programs+ Review and monitor metrics on the projects and provide support as required to the product area director+ Manage risks and opportunities+ Conduct bid reviews and phase reviews+ Coordinate training requirements**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**+ Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience+ Excellent organizational skills in order to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.+ Strong communication skills in order to interact with and present to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.+ Be comfortable working in an unstructured environment where the day to day responsibilities are fluid.+ Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**+ Engineering, Operations, Contracts or Financial lead experience**Pay Information**Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.Employee Benefits: At BAE Systems, we support our employees in all aspects of their life, including their health and financial well-being.
