MUST HAVE: Previous experience working with a ticketing system5+ years experience with Python in production (data pipelines, ML models, APIs)Strong experience modern GenAI approaches (clustering, RAG, embeddings, semantic similarity) and LLM integrationStrong background in clustering techniques and anomaly detection (unsupervised learning, pattern recognition in large-scale event data)Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Kinesis, Lambda) and streaming data architecturesExperience working with APIs and integrating systems (ideally across SaaS platforms and ITSM workflows like ServiceNow)
