Sr. Solutions and Data AnalystSalt Lake City, UtahDirect Placement$120K to $140K annual salary (DOE) + bonusSummarySeeking a Senior Adaptive Planning Solutions Analyst to design, build, and support enterprise planning solutions. This role partners with Finance and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performing models using Workday Adaptive Planning.ResponsibilitiesLead requirements sessions with FP&A, Operations, and business stakeholdersTranslate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and UAT scenariosDesign, build, and enhance Adaptive Planning models (sheets, dimensions, calculations)Ensure solutions are scalable, performant, and aligned with best practicesMonitor data integrations and ensure data accuracy and integrityTroubleshoot and resolve data, mapping, and reconciliation issuesSupport UAT, deployments, and ongoing model optimizationCollaborate with data engineering teams on end-to-end data flowsMaintain documentation and continuously improve planning processesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in IT, Finance, or related function3+ years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar EPM toolsExperience building budgeting, forecasting, or workforce planning solutionsStrong understanding of financial planning processes and data modeling conceptsAdvanced Excel and strong analytical/problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsBonus SkillsExperience with data integrations or ETL processesExposure to other EPM platforms (Oracle, SAP, etc.)Experience across multiple planning domains (Finance, Supply Chain, HR)Familiarity with Agile methodologiesInterest in growing into solution architecture or platform leadershipWelcome to ConsultNet, a premier national provider of technology talent and solutions.
