No C to C or Sponsorship Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in Draper, Utah Job Title: Senior Data Governance Analyst Overview: The Senior Data Governance Analyst is responsible for leading initiatives that ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of enterprise master data across systems. This role drives the development, implementation, and enforcement of data governance policies and standards, while partnering with cross-functional teams to support data quality and reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, a proactive approach, and the ability to influence data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and execution of data governance controls, tools, and reporting dashboards Identify and resolve complex data integrity issues; drive data cleansing and quality improvement initiatives Develop and recommend strategies for master data design, standardization, and process optimization Oversee data validation and stewardship processes across enterprise systems Ensure accuracy and consistency of data used in reporting and business operations Mentor junior analysts and contribute to enterprise-wide data governance education and training efforts Collaborate with business and technical teams to align data governance practices with organizational goals Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field 5+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, or enterprise data management Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI Experience working with enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, data warehouse, or HRIS systems) Familiarity with cloud-based data environments and metadata management tools preferred
