Under the guidance of the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, they'll ensure each dish is prepared with care, consistency, and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook menu items in line with daily menus and recipesAssist in food prep and planning for upcoming mealsPlate dishes with an eye for presentation and portion controlSupport kitchen sanitation and safety standards at all timesMonitor food temperatures and maintain accurate logsAssist in preparing meals for special functions and eventsEnsure compliance with HIPAA, health, and safety regulationsMake a Difference with Every DishAt Ginger Cove, our Line Cooks are not just cookingthey're contributing to a community that values dignity, wellness, and joy in everyday living.
