This is where you belong.This role owns their station completely from prep to service, ensuring every dish meets expectations for taste, execution, timing, and presentation.Set up and stock your station efficiently and ready for serviceExecute menu items from start to finish with precision and consistencyPrepare ingredients, including butchery and mise en place, as neededGrill, saut, fry, roast, and plate dishes to Atlas standardsWork with seasonal ingredients and respect product at every stageParticipate in the creation, refinement, and evolution of menu itemsContinuously sharpen your skills and learn new techniquesMaster multiple stations (Grill, Saut, Fry, Garde Manger, etc.)Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas, including equipment, refrigeration, and prep spacesParticipate in daily and deep cleaning routinesbecause standards don't drop when service endsWhat You BringAbility to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchenStrong sense of urgency, organization, and attention to detailSolid understanding of food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standardsTeam-first mindset with strong communication skillsAbility to adapt quickly and pivot during serviceFlexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidaysFood handler certification may be required depending on locationHigh School Diploma or equivalentMinimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environmentWhat We GiveAt Atlas, we believe every role contributes to the experience and how we show up for our team matters just as much as how we show up for our guests.
