Guest Advisor ResponsibilitiesGreeting and assisting guestsScheduling appointments and answering phonesChecking guests in and out and ensuring accuracy of all transactionsMaintaining a beautiful spa, retail space and reception areaMembership, spa boutique and product salesProvide education to guests regarding our Spavia story, our spa boutique products and items, and our treatments offered for optimal resultsMaintain and provide accurate and timely responses to all guest inquiries and ensuring an exceptional guest experienceWillingness to work as a team player to proactively support the spa’s needsAttention to detail in all aspects of guest advisor responsibilitiesGuest Advisor Requirements:Minimum high school diploma.Self-motivatedReliable, punctual, passionate and goal-drivenProfessional, team playerDrug/alcohol-freeArticulate speaker with an ability to multitaskCombined education and previous customer service / administrative and retail experience is strongly desiredJob Type: Part or Full-Time positions available.
