Have you ever dreamed of being a political news reporter? Well now’s your chance! Resist the Mainstream is looking to hire a writer for Saturdays and Sundays, with about 6 articles per shift needed on a given day. The writer will also send out newsletters and schedule several daily stories (this is a quick process, and training can be provided on how to do that). Bear in mind that you must have a good pulse on conservative politics in order to succeed in this position. Writing the story: Article length: 500 words min, 15 paragraphs Hyperlinks: keep to ONE WORD. There are very limited exceptions for this, such as an outlet name being hyperlinked or when it makes no sense otherwise. Make sure to adequately rewrite any words you take from a source article. This essentially means don’t make it obvious you copied and pasted and changed a couple of words (or worse yet, changed nothing at all). You can mitigate this issue by writing paragraphs in a different sequence than the source (unless that would somehow disrupt the flow). Images: MUST be copyright-free.
