What You’ll Do
Work warm inbound buyer leads (Zillow Flex + online + database)
Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments
Show homes, write offers, and negotiate contracts
Follow our structured daily schedule for lead follow‑up and pipeline management
Use Follow Up Boss to track all communication, notes, and tasks
Attend weekly meetings, script sessions, and coaching check‑ins
Deliver a client experience that generates repeat business and referrals
What You Bring
Active Maryland real estate license (or near completion)
Full-time commitment
Strong communication skills
Coachable and consistent
Ability to follow systems and track numbers
Evening and weekend availability
Reliable transportation
Compensation and Growth Path
This is a commission-based position with high earning potential tied directly to performance—not inflated ranges or unrealistic promises.
Agents who follow the system consistently typically reach:
Two or more closings per month once fully onboarded
Increased lead opportunities as performance increases
A long-term production trajectory supported by training and systems
Split structure and details will be outlined during the in-person interview.
Schedule and Work Environment
Full-time role serving the Greater Baltimore region
Combination of office time, field work, and remote follow‑up
Weekly trainings and coaching are required
