Information Technology SOX Compliance Senior Manager
Position OverviewInformation Technology Sarbanes-Oxley Act (IT SOX) Compliance Senior Manager to join our team in one of the following locations:Missouri: BerkeleyTexas: PlanoWashington: SeattleThis position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. The hiring team's discretion may change this arrangement in the future.ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and maintaining formal documentation on SOX technology controls, including risk and control matrices, and SOPs to ensure clear guidance for control owners.Support and liaise with the IT SOX Control Program Office to ensure compliance with SOX requirements and enhance control frameworks.Ensure alignment between Business Process Controls (BPCs) and IT General Controls (ITGCs) Program Offices.Advise the IT organization with IT General Controls SOX scoping as new technology functionalities, modules, or integrations are introduced.Assist the IT organization with SOX Control Design and Implementation, including timely collection and delivery of audit evidence.Assist the IT organization with Control Monitoring and Deficiency Prevention.Ensure IT General Computing Controls are proactively in place for new applications and changes to existing applications.Drive remediation of IT SOX findings by reviewing deficiency analyses, evaluating root causes, implementing mitigating procedures, and validating timely closure of issues.Serve as a liaison with IT leadership, IT SOX, Controllership, and internal and external auditors for issue escalation and resolution.Basic Qualifications5+ years of experience in public accounting and/or industry experience designing, implementing, and testing SOX-relevant IT General Controls (ITGCs).Currently a manager or recently held a managerial position.Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally for up to 20% of the time.Preferred Qualifications3+ years of experience in ITGC domains (e.g., access, change management, IT operations) and how they support financial reporting reliance.Experience working for a Big 4 accounting firm.Experience in aerospace manufacturing operations and/or manufacturing support.Experience leading a team or a project.Hold certifications such as CISSP, CIA, CPA, CISA, CISM, or CRISC.Benefits & CompensationPay ranges by location: TX and WA: $204,850 - $277,150; MO: $191,250 - $258,750.Eligible employees receive a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes competitive base pay, variable compensation, health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid or unpaid time-off options.
