The Creative Marketing Specialist will report to the Senior Director of Marketing & Events. This position will own our social presence, shape our content strategy, and bring our mobility marketing story to life. This role blends creativity, execution, and strategic thinking — ideal for someone who is equal parts storyteller, content creator, and detail-oriented marketer.You'll create the content that fuels our brand: social posts, newsletters, case studies, and campaign recaps. You'll work closely with marketing, sales, experiential, and creative teams to turn real campaign results into compelling narratives that drive awareness and support revenue growth.Pay Range Details: $65,000 - $67,500. The salary range is subject to change and may be amended in the future. Experience, education, skills, and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered.What You Are3–5 years of experience in social media, content creation, or marketing communications.Strong copywriter with a sharp eye for storytelling and tone.Deep understanding of social media trends, platform best practices, and audience engagement.Experience developing case studies, recaps, or marketing materials that highlight campaign results.Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.Collaborative team player comfortable working across departments.What You'll BringContent strategy developmentShort-form and long-form content creationEditorial planning & calendar managementSocial media analytics (native + third-party tools)Data interpretation & reportingBasic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Express, or Adobe Suite familiarity)Photo selection, editing, and asset curationUnderstanding of brand voice & visual identityProject management and workflow prioritizationCross-functional communication (sales, creative, experiential, national teams)Stakeholder managementAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentMarketing copywritingCase study / recap developmentWhat You'll DoLead social media strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter to grow brand visibility and engagement.Own copywriting across social, newsletters, emails, and marketing collateral.Develop case studies and campaign recaps that clearly articulate objectives, results, and impact.Curate, organize, and optimize photography and creative assets in partnership with internal teams.Collaborate with sales, experiential, and national teams to translate campaign performance into content.Track social metrics, analyze performance, and provide recommendations for ongoing optimization.Support Google Ads campaign setup, monitoring, and performance tracking.Assist with additional marketing and internal projects, including planning and support for company events.J-18808-Ljbffr
