Job Details:Full-timeCompetitive payMonday through Friday with occasional overtime on SaturdaysDepartment: ProductionJob Location: 1521 Brookfield Avenue, Green Bay, WI 54313Work/Life BalanceNewly created machine operator levels to assist with growth within the companySummary:The Machine Operator uses industrial equipment to cut, slice, wrap, and shred product.Job Duties:The list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.Use control panel to determine fill volume and machine speedRun machine speeds according to the standards set by each piece of equipmentUse basic hand tools to make adjustments to machine operationDiagnose machine performance issuesPerform checks for seals and temperatureCommunicate with Supervisor and/or member of Quality Assurance team regarding any production or packaging issuesRecord any necessary documentationOperate a pallet jack (either manual or electric)Maintain a clean work environmentComply with GMP standards as set forth by companyIn the event of downtime, work in other areas as directed by your supervisorFollow all safety protocols All other duties as assignedQualifications:High School Diploma or Equivalent1-2 years of machine operating experienceAbility to lift up to 55 poundsConditions of Employment:Candidates subject to a pre-employment background check.Equal Opportunity Employer Statement:Winona Foods is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
