Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Pre-Need Sales role based in Paramus, NJ, with the flexibility to work from home part-time. Responsibilities include building trusted relationships with clients, providing guidance on pre-need cremation services, and assisting families in making informed decisions. The role also involves achieving sales goals, delivering exceptional client service, and maintaining detailed records. Team collaboration and active participation in training sessions and team meetings are also essential aspects of the role. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide a compassionate customer experienceProficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed performance objectivesAbility to conduct Training and mentoring sessions to support team performanceStrong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectivelyProficiency in using CRM tools and technology for client relationship management is preferredWillingness to grow professionally and adapt to a hybrid work environmentPast experience in a client-facing or sales role, preferably in the funeral, insurance, or related industries, is an advantage
