This is a hybrid role based in Hackensack,NJ with a competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure.What You'll Do- Cold call and prospect into SMBs (20–500 employees) across target industries- Book qualified meetings for leadership and support the sales pipeline- Research accounts and identify key decision-makers (owners, ops, finance)- Consistently hit weekly activity KPIs (calls, outreach, meetings set)- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and improve conversion ratesRequirements- 1–2 years of sales experience (required)- Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and rejection- Strong communication and objection-handling skills- Self-starter with high activity level and accountability mindset- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., OnePageCRM) and prospecting tools (e.g., Seamless.ai)
