Professional Development SpecialistThe Professional Development Specialist role involves collaborating on partner development and coaching initiatives. Reporting to the Associate Director of Coaching & Development, responsibilities include managing a comprehensive new partner development program that involves cross-department collaboration, organizing logistics for events, creating training materials, and developing methods to track and analyze program data. The role also requires direct communication with partners and stakeholders and may involve other team initiatives. Qualifications include professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, integrity, attention to detail, writing skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse firm staff. The ideal candidate will have resourcefulness, creativity, project management experience, and a track record of progressing on long-term projects. A four-year college degree and at least five years of professional experience are preferred, along with proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. The position offers an annual salary of $95,000 to $105,000, along with benefits such as health care, retirement plans, paid time off, parental leave, insurance, flexible spending accounts, and performance bonuses.
