We are dedicated to delivering exceptional services to support our clients' goals effectively. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cabling Technician position located in Midland, TX. The Cabling Technician will install, terminate, and test structured cabling, including Category 6, 6A, and Fiber Optic cables. Responsibilities include system troubleshooting, installation of networking racks and equipment, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring the timely completion of projects to the highest quality standards. Collaboration with team members and clients is key to ensuring seamless project execution and satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in installing, terminating, and testing structured cabling systems such as Category 6, 6A, and Fiber Optic cablesExperience in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and maintaining networking systemsKnowledge of safety standards, including OSHA regulations, and ability to follow safety protocolsSkills in installing racks, patch panels, and other networking hardwareExcellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workStrong verbal communication and teamwork skillsPrevious experience in cabling and working on-site in commercial or industrial environments preferredValid driver's license requiredIndustry certifications such as BICSI or equivalent are a plus
