THE RIGHT STAFF is partnering with a global distributor in search of a Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team onsite in Boise, ID!
This Financial Analyst role offers the opportunity to partner closely with sales, operations, and senior leadership within a fast-paced, multi-location organization. The position supports enterprise-wide reporting, forecasting, and budgeting while playing a hands-on role in building and improving reporting tools and data structures. Ideal candidates bring strong reporting discipline, advanced Excel skills, and experience supporting sales-driven environments.
JOB DETAILS
Salary target: $65, 000-$75, 000 annually
Location: Onsite in Boise, Idaho (4 days onsite, remote on Fridays)
Travel: Less than 10% annually
Schedule: Full-time, weekday hours

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and analyze monthly financial and operational reporting, including profit and loss review, variance analysis, KPIs, and sales performance metrics
Support quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes across multiple business units
Develop executive-level reporting and presentation materials for senior leadership and board meetings
Produce recurring and ad hoc sales reports to support decision-making and strategic initiatives
Partner with sales, supply chain, and finance leaders to provide actionable insights
Contribute to reporting projects and continuous improvement of data accuracy and consistency
Build expertise in internal data systems and reporting tools, including Power BI and Excel
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting
Proven experience supporting sales teams and sales-driven reporting structures
Strong experience managing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cycles
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with the ability to work with large data sets
Working knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Office products
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence through data
Ability to prioritize work in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments
