Job Title: Remote Senior BIM CoordinatorLocation (city, state): Remote (Candidates must live within 60 miles of the hub)Compensation: $35.00 – $40.00/hourBenefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Additional benefits may include ESOP, profit sharing, flexible spending accounts, HSA contributions, company-paid life and disability insurance, paid time off, and volunteer hours.Qualifications:5+ years of experience with Revit and AutoCADExperience supporting construction, engineering, manufacturing, or facilities projectsDegree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, CAD, or equivalent experienceProficient in Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), LOD requirements, and standardized BIM/CAD practicesExperience working with deliverables from external consultants or contractorsKnowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / FormaStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently in a structured, standards-driven environmentPreferred Skills:Experience with Dynamo, PyRevit, or scripting/automationKnowledge of Navisworks and Civil 3DACC/BIM 360 project setup, bridging, and issue trackingExperience managing legacy drawings and long-lifecycle assetsFamiliarity with record, closeout, or facilities deliverablesJob Description: Addison Group is hiring a Remote Senior BIM Coordinator to support construction-focused projects for our client. This role involves auditing, updating, and standardizing BIM and CAD deliverables, integrating content into master models, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting multiple project teams to ensure construction and facility needs are met.Industry: Technology / ConstructionWork Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible hours)About Our Client: Our client is a long-established organization in the technology and construction space, focusing on new builds, renovations, and site acquisitions.
