The Assistant Vice President will also be expected to identify, cultivate, and solicit major and principal gifts on behalf of the institution, and to serve as an ambassador with a particular sensitivity to high-net-worth audiences. Applicants for the Assistant Vice President position at the company should have a master's degree or higher, with at least 12 years of experience in major gifts and related areas, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
