Medical, Dental, Vision insurance Health Savings & Flexible Spending Accounts (up to $5,000 for childcare) Tuition discounts & reimbursement 401(k) with company match Generous PTO Mileage reimbursement Access to wellness and discount programs such asNoom,SkinIO(Virtual Skin Cancer Screening), childcare, gym memberships, pet insurance,traveland entertainment discounts and more! *Benefits may vary by employment statusResponsibilitiesAs aChaplainYou will: Conduct and ensuretimelyspiritual assessments for patients andfamilies Participate in developing individualized care plans to address spiritualneeds Provides direct spiritual support to patients, families, andcaregivers Serves as a liaison to community chaplains and spiritualcounselors Maintainsaccuratedocumentation of spiritual services andcommunications Attends interdisciplinary meetings and contributes to careplanning Offers education and spiritual care guidance to the careteam Recruits and supports community chaplains, spiritual counselors, andvolunteers Coordinates and leads memorial or funeral services asrequested Organizes periodic memorials for staff, volunteers, and communitypartners Assistsin supervising spiritual carevolunteersQualificationsGraduate of an accredited theology or chaplaincy program (BD, MDiv orequivalent theological degree) Experience working with death and dying, hospice experiencepreferred Comfort in an interfaithsetting Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insuredin accordance withstate or organization requirements and is in good workingorder Ability to accept different lifestyles, cultures,beliefsandvalues Knowledge of and commitment to hospice philosophy of care Ability to work as member of interdisciplinarygroup Ability to network with community clergy andcongregationsAbout our Line of BusinessHospice Home Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, focuses on providing hospice care to local patients and their families.
