All cases are seen at this site. Majority of Case Type: Robotics, General Surgery, Ortho are the top 3 by volume Support staff available (CRNA s, MA s, Scrub Techs): Care Team Model: # of CRNA: 12; # of MD: 14 Travel and lodging provided (with pre-approval)?: Yes
