OverviewThe Assembler is responsible for performing mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly of modules and systems in accordance with specifications, schematic drawings, and work instructions. This role ensures high-quality, accurate builds to support production schedules within a cleanroom manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform assembly builds according to production schedule, required specifications, schematic drawings, and work instructions. Support engineers in conducting experiments, trials, and process validation activities. Identify, report, and assist in resolving manufacturing issues; support Manufacturing Engineers in troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety requirements, and manufacturing discipline at all times. Maintain good housekeeping practices and comply with cleanroom protocols. Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve production and delivery targets. Demonstrate strong quality awareness and productivity mindset in all assigned tasks. Requirement Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience in assembly or semiconductor manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret schematic and/or mechanical drawings. Capable of independently carrying out assembly for at least 1–2 processes within a single platform. Experience in Gas Box and panel assembly within the semiconductor industry is preferred. Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing applications is an added advantage. Willing to work in a cleanroom environment with shift system.
