You'll be the operational anchor for complex, multiphase mining programs, providing the leadership, foresight, and technical skill needed to keep activities moving forward and teams aligned.If you're ready to elevate your career and lead highimpact mining projects with a company known for excellence in the resource sector, this is your opportunity.Apply today and build your future with Ledcor!Essential Responsibilities:Provide strategic direction and mentorship to multidisciplinary mining teams, ensuring balanced workloads and fostering professional growthLead by example in minesite health, safety, and environmental performance; implement and enforce the Project Specific Safety Program (PSSP) in alignment with regulatory and client standardsEnsure all mining project activities are executed according to approved plans, specifications, and operational requirementsOversee project execution across all phases-including planning, mobilization, operations support, and project closeoutCoordinate closely with client operations, engineering, and maintenance groups to maintain alignment and operational continuityDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules that meet critical milestones and support client production objectivesMonitor budgets, forecasting, billing, and reporting; manage trade awards and procurement in alignment with commercial targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, consultants, and site stakeholders to support successful project deliveryQualifications:Minimum 8 years of experience managing mining, industrial, or heavy-resource sector projectsPostsecondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferredStrong understanding of project documentation, cost controls, contracts, and overall project delivery frameworksProven track record of leading highperforming teams in dynamic, fastpaced project environmentsExcellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical and complex information to a range of stakeholdersWorking Conditions:Sitebased role requiring travel to mining locations across the U.S.A company vehicle will be providedAdditional InformationLedcor Heavy Civil and Mining services reach across the lifespan of a mine, from facility construction, to full-scale contract mining of coal, minerals, or metals, all the way to mine reclamation.
