Position DetailsLeadership role overseeing the Central Maine Healthcare Family Medicine Residency Program.Responsible for clinical, administrative, and educational components of the residency program.Family Medicine (Board Certified required).Ensure compliance with ACGME, ABFM, and institutional policies and regulations.Oversee curriculum development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement.Provide direct clinical supervision, mentorship, and formal evaluations of residents.Lead recruitment and development of residents and core faculty members.Provide direct patient care while modeling clinical excellence and ethical standards.Active, unrestricted Maine medical license and valid DEA required.
