The CDO will be responsible for leading a comprehensive fundraising program, with a focus on major and planned gifts, corporate and foundation giving, and annual giving. This includes the design and execution of a cutting-edge program to inspire support and engagement. The successful candidate will also be tasked with leading a team to complete a significant comprehensive campaign and will be expected to bring innovation and creativity to the fundraising operations, including the use of technological advancements.As a key member of the leadership team, the CDO will serve as the chief spokesperson and advocate for the company, working to inspire greater brand awareness and philanthropic support. The role involves deepening donor affinity, designing a world-class stewardship program, and identifying new fundraising approaches. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large staff teams, developing best practices for fundraising, and will be instrumental in the strategic growth of the development team.
