This role is ideal for someone who is detail‐oriented, eager to learn, and ready to take on increasing responsibility within a fast‐paced construction environment.Candidates with exposure to DSA‐regulated projects, Design‐Build delivery, or publicly funded construction will be given strong consideration.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with project coordination from preconstruction through closeoutHelp maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost trackingPrepare and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation in alignment with DSA and public works requirementsSupport communication with architects, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and school district representativesParticipate in design coordination and project meetingsEnsure project documentation meets DSA standards, including reports, inspections, and closeout materialsAssist with procurement, subcontractor onboarding, and contract administrationMonitor jobsite progress and provide timely information to field teamsSupport company safety practices and quality expectationsContribute to a positive, solutions‐oriented project environmentQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)1–3 years of experience in commercial or public works construction (internships or entry‐level experience considered)Exposure to DSA, Design‐Build, or K–12 public projects is a plusUnderstanding of construction documents, scheduling, and basic cost managementFamiliarity with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS ProjectStrong communication, organization, and problem‐solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively with diverse project stakeholdersCommitment to learning, growth, and delivering high‐quality workWhy Join Our Client100% employer‐paid medical insuranceCompetitive salary with performance‐based bonusesRetirement plan with company contributionsPaid time off, holidays, and wellness benefitsProfessional development, training, and clear advancement pathwaysStable pipeline of publicly funded projects with long‐term securitySupportive, team‐oriented culture with strong leadership
