Manhole Epoxy Sprayers in Phoenix, AZThe Manhole Epoxy Sprayer is responsible for performing manhole rehabilitation through inspection, surface preparation, cleaning, and application of epoxy or cementitious coatings. This role involves operating and maintaining vacuum trucks, hydro-excavation equipment, and spray systems while working as part of a two-person crew. Work is performed in confined spaces and outdoor environments across the Phoenix area.Pay: $21+/hr (starting pay is competitive and based on level of experience)About Us: AIMS Companies (AIMS) provides turnkey inspection and cleaning services to the municipal and industrial community. We are an organization that has a safety-first value system and are committed to operational excellence and customer satisfactionTypical duties include, but are not limited to:Must be able to set up and breakdown hoses for vacuum and sprayer.Crawling and kneeling in confined spaces and access areas.Responsible for manhole inspections, cleaning, coating, and repair.Follow all company and OSHA mandated safety policies and procedures.Follow local and federal DOT Regulations while assisting in the operation of machinery and vehiclesGood communication with other employees.Regular Attendance as part of a 2-man crewThis list is not a full description of the duties of the position. Other duties may be assigned as needed to support the company's operational needs.Minimal requirements include:Problem-solving and communication skills.High school diploma or GED.Clean driving record; must be at least 18 years old.Ability to operate equipment.Criminal background check and safety performance verificationMust pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.Must be authorized to work in the United States.Work is performed outside in all weather, frequent exposure to heat, rain, and cold conditions. Exposure to chemicals and other hazards. Must be able to physically wear PPE including hard hat, safety glasses, respirator, ear protection, coveralls, gloves, and steel toed boots.Benefits are available to full-time employees (30 or more hours per week).Medical, dental, vision, voluntary life insurance, and voluntary short-term and long-term disability insurance after 90 days.40 hours vacation pay after 1 year; 80 hours after 2 years.Sick pay according to state laws401(k) retirement with up to 50% company match of the first 6% after 1 year.
